Production Process
Wooden Handle(Stick) Classification
After wood core dried, cut it off following the standard size, set it straight ,fumigation,and make smooth surface, we have a complete natural wooden stick.
To make a completed wooden handle must go through a lot of steps. Depend on customer’s requirement, the handles will be coated PVC or not. Many kinds of colorful pvc for you to choose.
The suface of wooden stick is covered by the varnish. It makes smooth-face and not be decayed, no split due to weather or outside conditions effect.
